Fall Workshop Series

We’ll meet via Zoom from 6:00 - 7:30 pm Pacific time on Wednesdays for five weeks from Oct. 15 through Nov. 12. This workshop is built for the transition into fall and winter, to support our systems as we reset before the holiday rush (where you can use these tools!)

You’ll learn practical, science-backed tools to calm your nervous system, protect your energy, and show up with steadiness in your work and life. Each week builds on the last so at the end you leave with a personalized plan you can rely on. Slides are shared with participants for personal reference only and teaching portions of sessions may be recorded for those who have to miss a week.

Week 1 — Map Your Stress
Understand how your nervous system works, spot your stress “flares,” and practice simple grounding techniques you can feel immediately.

Week 2 — Reset Patterns & Triggers
Identify the cycles that drain you most, and build quick reset practices to return to calm and clarity.

Week 3 — Boundaries & Energy Management
Learn how to protect your energy with clear boundaries, and design daily practices that keep you restored instead of depleted.

Week 4 — How we “flare” and Calm Communication Under Pressure
Practice tools for staying grounded, connected, and clear in tough conversations or high-stress situations.

Week 5 — Integration & Resilience Plan
Pull it all together into a personalized “Pause Plan” so you can sustain resilience long after the workshop ends.
