Through a non-traditional path of outdoor guiding, teaching, and then a masters degree in urban and regional planning, I've honed my unique skillset in communication leadership, team development, mentoring, coaching and systems change work.

It is a profound joy that today I get to help leaders and organizations to support things I care about most: fair and just systems, trust-building, and healthy relationships and team dynamics.
